Ginger essential oil is a lovely warming oil renowned for preventing vomiting, morning sickness, travel or motion sickness, and nausea. For aromatherapy inhale a few drops of Ginger essential oil from a tissue, mix with a carrier oil and apply to temples and stomach before and during travel or nausea related conditions, or, diffuse in an oil warmer.
This fresh Ginger essential oil may also be useful for post-chemotherapy nausea by diffusing a few drops for inhalation in an
