Hydrosols

Select from pure and natural artisan-crafted organic hydrosols, also called hydrolats or distillates. Aromatic steam or hydro distillation waters are softer and lighter than essential oil and gentle to use. Hydrosols contain aromatic and therapeutic water-soluble compounds.

In the water phase of lotions, creams, facial toners, skin care products, and aromatherapy products, use hydrosols instead of or in addition to water. Hydrosols, unlike pure essential oil, can be spritzed on the face, neck, or body.

Our hydrosols are kept properly stored and refrigerated to maintain freshness. Most have a shelf life of up to 24 months or longer.

Hydrosol aromas can vary from distillation to distillation and from one supplier to another. We suggest requesting a small sample size when placing an order so that you can familiarize yourself with an aroma before purchasing a larger size.
