Our new Lemongrass citratus (High Myrcene) essential oil from Haiti is an excellent antiviral, antibacterial and analgesic. The aroma is very fresh smelling and known to uplift and balance the emotions. Lemongrass citratus is not only a popular feel-good essential oil, but is said to be highly effective when diffused against pathogens in the air. You may use Lemongrass essential oil in a diffuser to instantly release its molecules into the air.
Because of the high Myrcene content of this Lemongrass citratus oil it is said to be an excellent pain reliever, particularly with muscle and joint pain associated with conditions of tendonitis as well as arthritis.
Lemongrass essential oil is known to normalize high blood pressure, relieve stress or nervous problems, and clears headaches. It is a good skin oil to tone and open blocked pores, is helpful with cellulite, and on the feet for odors and fungus. For skin application it is recommended to use 0.5-0.7% dilution.
