This oil is one of two pomegranate oils which we currently stock, the other being
virgin cold-pressed pomegranate carrier oil. They are both different in that the Co2 extracted oil has a thinner/lighter viscosity than the cold pressed variant, its aroma is not quite as strong, and is more rapidly absorbed into the skin due to its lighter viscosity.
This oil is extracted in Germany from imported organic Turkish pomegranates using the supercritical CO2 extraction method. It has a yellow color and a lightly viscous consistency at room temperature.
