A creative candle maker reached out to us with a unique request - to create a pure essential oil blend that captures the rich aroma of root beer. While synthetic fragrances with a root beer scent are available in the market, the customer was keen on a natural aroma that would appeal to their eco-conscious clientele. We accepted the challenge and after almost a year of research, development, and experimentation, we created a blend that has been hailed as a tremendous success.
This natural root beer blend is specifically designed for candle makers, room diffusion, and room sprays. The blend's delicious aroma is sure to delight your senses and uplift your mood. Because of the tenacious aroma, it enables candle makers to use it at maximum loads between 6-10%, depending on the type of wax and wicks used. However, due to the high percentage of wintergreen and camphor in the blend, we advise against using it for skin care applications.
When diffused in a room, our root beer blend emits a bright, clean aroma that freshens up the air and creates a welcoming atmosphere. It doesn't contain sassafras, but it has a remarkable similarity to the aroma of root beer beverages.
We recommend keeping this blend away from children who might mistake it for something edible. While all essential oils should be kept out of reach of children, those with gourmand aromas that can be mistaken as edible require extra caution. Dilution: Root Beer blend is 100% pure essential oil and not intended for use neat on the skin. For perfumery or skin products, blend with one of our premium quality carrier oils. For perfume, we suggest
Jojoba Clear or
Fractionated Coconut Oil. Both are clear, odorless, and economical. Refer to our
dilution charts to calculate ratios.
Diffuser use: Use full strength in candle or electric diffuser to fragrance any space. Should you dilute with carrier oil do not use in diffuser.
Use Root Beer pure essential oil blend as natural perfume, in bath and body and skin care products, scenting candles and soap, in a candle oil warmer or electric diffuser, lamp rings, to scent potpourri or dried flowers, room spray.
Due to the high quality of our full strength pure essential oil custom blend, only a few drops are needed. For dilution purposes use this blend in the same ratio as any pure essential oil single note.
