We strive to process and ship orders quickly. Because we hand pour products from our cold storage we do not guarantee same day shipping. All orders are processed in the order they are received. In fairness to all customers we cannot give priority to one over another. Depending on overall volume of orders being processed, those received Monday - Thursday by 12:00 PM EST usually begin processing within 24-48 hours. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST Thursday-Sunday begin processing the next business day (Monday) and usually ship within the next 24-72 hours. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
Shipping Exception: Shipping of precious oils, Co2 Extracts, Floral Wax, Resins, or any oil that needs to be liquefied prior to bottling or packaging, may take 7-10 days due to special handling and packaging requirements.
Samples - All samples are located on our retail website, LGBotanicals.com, and must be ordered there. Samples are also offered by visiting the specific product's retail page.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it is placed into the hands of the shipping carrier. All shipped orders are assigned a tracking number with email notification for you to track their progress while en route. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Lotus Garden Botanicals, LLC or other parties only an estimate. We encourage you to place your order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, holiday and/or backlogs created by an influx of orders that can potentially effect order fulfillment time.
Domestic orders ship within 7-10 days after clearance of a bank transfer payment. Lotus Garden Botanicals, LLC reserves the right to ship domestic orders using the shipping services of UPS, FedEx or USPS. In the case of PO Box address, shipment is by USPS Ground only.
International orders ship using DHL, UPS or FedEx only.

Rates - International
We are unable to ship orders to international locations by USPS due to special handling requirements for essential oils. International shipping rates for your specific location can be calculated prior to completing your order by entering the international postal code in the designated area within your shopping cart. Essential oils with a low flash point are considered hazardous and will NOT ship by USPS in any quantity. Therefore, DHL or FedEx are the only options we offer for shipping internationally to countries that these carriers service with dangerous/hazardous shipments.
HAWAII/USA PROTECTORATES: For purposes of determining shipping methods, Hawaii, as well as any territory or protectorate reachable only by air from mainland USA, is considered international. For shipment of essential oil considered hazardous, FedEx or UPS must be selected. Failure to select one of those two couriers for hazardous essential oil shipments will delay shipping while the customer is contacted with additional hazardous shipping costs are added to the order and collected.
Shipping Returns: There are a variety of reasons why an order may be returned to us by the carrier. Re-shipping would be at the customer's expense, for instance, if we were provided with an incorrect shipping address. Should the address error be our fault, we re-ship at no additional cost.
International Orders ~ Import/Export/Customs/Duties
- Please check with your appropriate government agency to see what documents are required and what their policies are regarding the importation of soaps, vegetable oils, dried herbs, and/or essential oils.
- We are not responsible for any duties, customs, taxes, tariffs, or any other import fee imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the receiver. Shipping charges paid as part of an order on our website include the cost of transportation only and do not cover duties, customs, taxes, tariffs, or any other import fees imposed by your country.
- We cannot estimate nor be responsible for delays due to your country's customs authority holding the order for inspection.
- We cannot accept returns for international orders. If we made a mistake with your order we will correct it.
- Your country's import authorities may hold an order for inspection or any other reason. Lotus Garden Botanicals, LLC is not responsible for any shipment placed on hold nor for any action taken by your country's import authorities, including delay, quarantine, or disposal of the goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer/importer to research your country's import policies regarding the products we sell. In the case of a held order, it is the responsibility of the buyer/importer to work with your country's customs authority to resolve the issue.
- No refund will be issued for Abandoned or Refused delivery, Quarantined or Disposed of by your local Customs Office.
- We do not refund shipping costs for customers who reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
RETURNS
Return of Hygienic products:
Our return period lasts 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or an exchange. Furthermore, we can not accept the return of any Hydrosol at any time. Fulfillment mistakes (human error) resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product will be accepted for return within 30 days from purchase. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item, reach out to our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorization (RA).
Returns - Please follow our return policy below for domestic USA orders. We do not accept international order returns. All clearance orders are final, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
- All eligible returns are refundable only to the original form of payment. In certain instances, you can instruct us to issue a refund in the form of store credit. Store credit is automatically applied to the next order you place.
- All products are considered hygienic products and are non-refundable once opened.
- We do not accept returns of hydrosols, opened or unopened.
- If you decide to return an unopened oil product, we will accept it back and issue your choice of refund or store credit to your customer account, less a 25% handling and restocking fee. Please contact us via email or phone for a Return Authorization (RA) number. We can only accept unopened oil products no longer than 30 days past the purchase date. Products returned to us unopened and without first obtaining an RA number will receive store credit less 50% restocking fee.
- Should you elect to refuse a package or return to sender an order shipped to you, it will take an unknown amount of time to make its way back to us. This renders the product(s) inside un-resalable due to unknown storage and handling conditions for an extended period of time. Returned packages in this manner will result in a 100% loss with no refund.
- Returned products without an RA that are received by us, opened, or damaged in any way, are not eligible for return consideration and will have no refund or store credit issued. In such instances, we will photograph the contents and send images to you by email as an explanation of our decision. It is thus recommended that returned products be shipped to us in the same manner we originally shipped, including insurance, with all bottle wrappings in place and sufficient package cushioning.
- Should your order have included free samples, all must be included with the return and within the original unopened packaging.
- No refund will be issued for Abandoned or Refused delivery, Quarantined or Disposed by your local Customs Office.
- HYDROSOLS: We can not accept the return of any hydrosol because they are a temperature-sensitive perishable product. We simply cannot restock an item after it has left our facility due to the potential of contamination as well as temperature fluctuations that are out of our control.
