Violet Leaf floral wax is a rare and precious ingredient that is highly valued in the cosmetics industry for its exceptional therapeutic properties. This wax is obtained as a by-product of the extraction of Violet Leaf absolute, a process to extract the aromatic compounds. The resulting wax is a solid, fragrant substance that contains a wealth of beneficial compounds, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant agents.
Violet Leaf wax is a highly versatile ingredient that can be used in a wide range of cosmetic formulations, including skincare, hair care, and personal care products. It has a green, powdery, floral aroma that is both fresh and sweet, making it a popular choice for perfumers and aromatherapists alike. The scent is reminiscent of freshly cut grass and spring flowers, with subtle hints of earthy undertones that add depth and complexity to the fragrance.
In terms of skincare benefits, Violet Leaf wax is a potent anti-inflammatory agent that can help soothe and heal irritated skin. It also has antioxidant properties that protect the skin from free radicals and environmental stressors, which can cause premature aging. Violet Leaf wax is particularly useful in lotion and cream formulations for skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and acne, as it helps to reduce inflammation and redness while also promoting skin regeneration and helping with the healing process.
When used in cosmetic formulations, Violet Leaf wax acts as a thickener and emollient, providing a luxurious texture and feel to the products. It is commonly used in solid perfumes, lip balms, lotions, creams, soaps, and candles, where it adds a delightful fragrance and nourishing properties to the formula. To experience the full benefits of Violet Leaf wax, it's recommended to use it in a concentration of up to 10%, ensuring that the product is both effective and cost-efficient. For a stronger scent add a few drops of
Violet Leaf Absolute.

Shipping: High summertime temperatures can cause floral wax to soften and sometimes melt. Our jars are preferred packaging for higher temperatures during shipment and ground transport or delivery. Floral Wax will solidify again by placing jar in refrigerator.
